Guild Mortgage Expands in Oregon with Opening of New McMinnville Branch

Oregon’s Leading Purchase Lender Continues Growth in Pacific Northwest;
Senior Loan Officer Steve Myers and Team Transfer from Guild’s Branch in Newberg

McMinnville, Ore. – Guild Mortgage, one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the U.S., has expanded its presence in Oregon with the opening of a new branch in McMinnville.

The McMinnville team is led by senior loan officer Steve Myers (NMLS #113523) and includes loan officers Jennifer Dietz (NMLS #1132406) and Mary Grundon (NMLS #1381455). The trio has more than 80 years of combined experience in the mortgage industry and has been serving homebuyers in Yamhill County for decades. They previously worked out of Guild’s branch in Newberg.

“Since we joined Guild Mortgage almost four years ago, we have been able to offer a wider range of loan options and programs to more homebuyers in the Willamette Valley,” Myers said. “Based on our continued growth, we felt the timing was right to open a new office in Yamhill County. Our location in the heart of McMinnville will allow us to be closer to so many of our customers in the area. We look forward to doing business with our neighbors and those new to Oregon wine country.”

Guild’s new branch is located at 1945 NE Baker St. in McMinnville, close to the historic downtown’s shopping district.

Myers and his team give back to the community by supporting the Montessori School of McMinnville and Beaverton, Pacific University, the Celebrate Recovery Program, the Verboort Sausage Festival and auction and the Visitation School.
