Senior loan officer Tammy Wittren will head new office
Oregon City, Ore. – Guild Mortgage, one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the U.S., has expanded its presence in Oregon with the opening of a new branch in Oregon City.
Senior loan officer Tammy Wittren (NMLS# 113328), who has more than 25 years of real estate and lending experience and previously worked out of Guild’s main Portland branch, will oversee the new branch. She joined Guild in 2014 when the company acquired her previous firm, Northwest Mortgage Group, where she served as a mortgage loan officer for 16 years.
Wittren was recently ranked as one of the Top 200 Mortgage Originators in America for 2017, according to Mortgage Executive Magazine.
“Oregon City has undergone an amazing transformation and become an attractive destination for homebuyers searching throughout the greater Portland area,” Wittren said. “We felt like it was a natural step to expand into the city to serve this growing community. As an Oregon City resident for the past five years, I am pleased to have a local team offering an array of loan options and programs that will meet the needs of virtually any homebuyer – from first-time buyers, to those looking for high-end jumbo loans.”
