We offer products that fit the needs of our customers. What does that mean? We offer loans that will help close the affordability gap. First-time homebuyers, including millennials, sometimes have a difficult time finding the right option for a home loan. With student loan debt, high rent and a volatile market, buying a home can be daunting. That’s why we offer down payment assistance products and work closely with customers to assess their needs. For example, we recently launched a program where eligible customers can get into a home with 1% down payment and a 2% grant from Guild. The grant does not need to be repaid and makes it possible for customers to start with 3% equity in their new home. We also offer loans that differ depending on each customer’s situation, with different options for veterans, graduate students, customers who live in rural areas and many other options. Our products page will help you better understand which type of loan might be right for you.
