Fast-Growing Guild Mortgage Opens New Office in Sanger, Texas
Veteran loan officer Judy Miller will lead new team in Sanger;
previously worked out of Guild’s Sherman branch
Sanger, Texas – Guild Mortgage, one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the U.S., has expanded in Texas with the opening of a new office in Sanger.
Loan officer Judy Miller (NMLS# 1434748), who has more than 25 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industries, will oversee the office. Miller worked out of Guild’s Sherman branch prior to opening the new office in Sanger. She joined Guild Mortgage from Legend Bank in 2016 and previously served as a vice president and senior loan officer with Maverick Mortgage in Gainesville.

In addition to Miller, the Sanger team includes transaction coordinator Meghan Huddleston, who recently joined Guild after serving as the director of marketing for the Boys & Girls Club of Cooke County. She has more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience.
The new office (NMLS# 1434748) is located at 400 Bolivar St. in Sanger.
