Guild Mortgage Opens First Branches in Ohio

Branch Manager Aric French will Lead Newly Established Branch in Columbus;
Branch Manager Nick Angelo Heads New Dayton Branch

Columbus, Ohio Guild Mortgage (NYSE: GHLD), a leading mortgage lending company originating and servicing residential loans since 1960, has expanded in the Midwest with two offices in Ohio. Guild’s Columbus office is led by branch manager Aric French (NMLS ID #1122638), who has been serving the central Ohio homebuying community for more than eight years. The Columbus branch is located on the north side of the city at 8720 Orion Place, Suite 300, off I-71 and Ikea Way. It is roughly 10 miles from the downtown business districts and near Polaris Fashion Place, the largest shopping center in Central Ohio.

Guild’s new Dayton location is led by branch manager Nick Angelo (NMLS ID #1572973) and loan officer Justin Williams (NMLS ID #2030668). Angelo has four years of mortgage lending experience and specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, members of the military, investors and real estate agents in western Ohio. He is a CMA CERTIFIED MORTGAGE ADVISOR™1 and was recognized as a Five Star Professional “Rising Star” in Columbus and Cincinnati for 2021. He is licensed to do business in Indiana, Kentucky, Florida and Tennessee, in addition to Ohio.
