Guild’s Columbus office is led by branch manager Aric French (NMLS ID #1122638), who has been serving the central Ohio homebuying community for more than eight years. His team includes sales manager Todd Sindergard (NMLS ID #232840), loan officers Yanjana Adhikari (NMLS ID # 1946011) and Benjami Khan (NMLS ID #1637385), and originating loan officer assistant Dalton Summers (NMLS ID #1983425).

The Columbus branch is located on the north side of the city at 8720 Orion Place, Suite 300, off I-71 and Ikea Way. It is roughly 10 miles from the downtown business districts and near Polaris Fashion Place, the largest shopping center in Central Ohio.
Guild’s new Dayton location is led by branch manager Nick Angelo (NMLS ID #1572973) and loan officer Justin Williams (NMLS ID #2030668). Angelo has four years of mortgage lending experience and specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, members of the military, investors and real estate agents in western Ohio.
