Fast-Growing Guild Mortgage Expands Presence with New Branch in Rancho Cucamonga
Sales manager Mario Sandoval leads branch;
Local team has more than 45 years of experience in mortgage lending
Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. – Guild Mortgage, one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the U.S., has expanded its presence in San Bernardo County with a new branch in Rancho Cucamonga.
Sales manager Mario Sandoval (NMLS# 693902), who has more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage, banking and finance industry, has been selected as branch manager. He joined Guild in 2016 from Lincoln Mutual Home Mortgage and specializes in advising customers on a number of loan options, including conventional, FHA, VA, reverse and jumbo.
“We’ve seen a steady increase in the number of families moving to Rancho Cucamonga due to inventory and affordability issues in other areas of Southern California and beyond,” Sandoval said. “Our city is benefitting from having fine schools and parks in existing neighborhoods. Sandoval’s team includes loan officers Emmett Colón (NMLS# 1370263), Nick Juarez (NMLS# 1463500) and Angel Larios (NMLS# 1512765), who have more than 30 years of combined experience in the mortgage industry.
The branch (NMLS# 1502234), is located at 9045 Haven Ave., Suite #101 in Rancho Cucamonga.
