Guild Mortgage Expands in Southeast with Opening of New Tampa Branch
Branch Manager Robert DiGiore Leads Office Team

Tampa, Fla. – Guild Mortgage, one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the U.S., has expanded its presence in Florida with the opening of a new branch in Tampa.
The Guild team is led by branch manager Robert DiGiore (NMLS #627480), who has more than 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Guild, he served as an independent mortgage broker with Freedom Mortgage and Innovative Mortgage Services, and was a mortgage banker with Chase Bank.
DiGiore’s team includes sales manager Marc Stern (NMLS #455518), loan officers Richard Smith (NMLS #624447) and Steven Bench (NMLS #1651194), and loan officer assistants Brittany Mazurek (NMLS # 1583840) and Nicole Viola (NMLS # 1671125). Together, the group has more than 75 years of combined experience in mortgage lending and has been serving homebuyers in Tampa for more than 30 years.

Guild’s new branch is located at 12189 W. Linebaugh Ave. on the border of Hillsborough and Pinellas County in the Westchase Shopping Center next to Publix. The branch will be holding an open house on Thursday, Nov. 29 at 5:30 p.m.
