Through our website and social media, we share tips and resources on useful topics such as home improvement, winterization, fire safety or when to think about refinancing. Through our Servicing department, we offer new tools to help you with options. Last year, we opened payments to debit card transactions, created a wire alternative for large payments, added more staff to our Servicing department and created more resources for better serving our customers needs. Throughout the year, we’ll focus on using more online and mobile channels to connect with our customers.
